Manager
Justin Smith was named the inaugural manager of the Oklahoma PumpJacks. After an 11-year professional baseball career, including parts of three seasons in the Major Leagues with the Baltimore Orioles and San Diego Padres, Smith began a professional coaching career. In 2021 and 2022, Smith was the pitching coach for the Visalia Rawhide in the Arizona Diamondbacks farm system. Smith spent the 2023 and 2024 seasons as a pitching coach in the Chicago White Sox rookie development camp.
Pitching Coach
Caleb Daulton was named the inaugural pitching coach of the Oklahoma PumpJacks. Daulton spent 5 years pitching in various professional baseball leagues including two seasons with the Philadelphia Phillies farm system. For the past 6 years, Daulton has been the pitching coach at Southwest Missouri State University. He has helped lead the Mustangs to two NCAA Division II World Series appearances in 2021 and 2022.
Hitting Coach
Trevor Gonzalez was named the inaugural hitting coach of the Oklahoma PumpJacks. After being a 4-year starter at Cal State-Santa Clarita, Gonzalez went undrafted and signed a free agent contract with the San Francisco Giants. He spent three seasons in their minor league system before being released. He then played two seasons in the American Association before being signed by the New York Mets. He would spend the next two seasons in their farm system before retiring. From 2022-202
